Sounds like Les is currently asymptomatic at this point and is hopeful to be able to be on the sidelines for KU's next game against WVU on Oct. 17.

He mentioned a cold last night on Hawk Talk so hopefully that’s as bad as it gets.

I'm still blown away that he was doing a live broadcast of Hawk Talk in a restaurant. At Johnny's last night with "a cold." I brought it up about 3-4 weeks ago... why in person? It's a radio show. I figured he was putting himself at an unnecessary risk, but it turns out he put the audience at risk.

smh. Hope everyone is OK and no one visits grandma for a couple of weeks

Was listening last night and the Wibw Hosts said that Johnny's had taken precautions and I guess no one else was at risk from what they were saying on the sports program
