Expansion talk looms over Big 12 hoops as season draws near

Been reading and seeing different things that more likely then not the Big 12 will have a 2nd round of expansion but not till like 2024 when they will then target the most likely hearing Boise State & Memphis - really targeting Boise State - -we shall see
