The Big 12 announced a team to receive a no contest when : If a team with fewer then 6 scholorship players and one countable Coach for a game will receive a no contest for that game.

Big 12 says it will try it's best to reschedule the no contest and will make every effort to avoid teams playing three or more games a week for consecutive weeks - - So there we go.
