LAWRENCE — Charlies Weis took the plunge.
Friday night in front of all his players, the Kansas coach accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge he received from Jack Harry of NBC Action News 41-KSHB in Kansas City and took a bucket of ice water over the head. Senior linebacker Ben Heeney did the honors.
