Odell Beckham Jr. to Chiefs -- yay or nay?
Oct 19, 2022 09:54 PM #1

Apparently the Chiefs are in the running to sign OBJ.

Waddya all think?

Not sure how how much of a difference maker he'll be coming off a torn ACL. But if he's healthy and running strong, sure, why not.

If he is healthy, I am all in, he can create a separation on his routes.

OBJ would be nice if he can perform anywhere close to how he did last post season. A trade for Brian Burns (DE) would be fantastic as well.

If you had to choose an addition to defense or offense, which one would you take?

If we can get a solid DE I will go for D

Otherwise go for a speedy WR who can create separation

So far we know that JJu MVS and MH are not at that level

Na fully believe he ends up with the Packers

Jay, How do we explain his game so far into the season.

Has he lost a step or Chiefs doing something wrong.

Actually he is NOT being targeted that much - -Who has been and always haas been Pat's leading target - - Travis Kelce - compare Kelse targets compared to the wide receivers . - -I watched Marcus do it time and time again with GB- -

@rockchalkjayhawk Honestly I’m all for leaning into strengths. I’d take Odell.

Jay, Kelce is targeted because he creates separation, MVS has not done it at the desired level from what I can tell.

Ummm, what did I tell you - - listen , I have seen this so many times when MVS was with My Packers - - got separation just blew right past that guy- - -BAM 57 yard reception

MVS can do it - -BUT you have to targt him more if your KC. - -Told you how many times has Kelce been targeted today ? - -I have seen MVs do this to many times - -he can get separation - -he can't do it at your desired level if they don't target him as much pretty simple

Let's see MVS -yester - -3 catches - -111 yarsd -don't say I told ya BUT -the guy gets separation you have to target him you want more yardage - -seen it over and over at GB

Jay, Yeah he had a very solid game. He was able to create nice separation. The run against Ward, former Chief, was sweet.

On a separate note, I know someone who does not follow football and was in London earlier this month. This person told me that Packers fans were all over London and most of them were visiting from other European countries and despite losing to Giants they were still celebrating. I advised about the storied Packers franchise and how there are fans all over the world.

I will surely be rooting for GB in next week's Sunday night game.
