Josh Pollard, a 6-foot-4 guard from Cedar Hills, Utah, will join the Kansas men's basketball team as a walk-on, coach Bill Self announced Wednesday.
Josh is the nephew of former KU forward Scot Pollard, who played for the Jayhawks from 1993-97.

Next question: is there any truth to the rumor that Scott has been retained by Self to coach sideburns, goatees and pony tails?!

@JayHawkFanToo If they can ball like Pollard did when here on The Hill, neck-ed, bald, tats; is all just the cover of the book. It's what's inside the book that counts-hoops or not.
Pollard was arguably the goofiest player ever to play at KU but he was a stud!!!
