Does anyone know why he didn’t stick around for his extra year of eligibility? Currently David is still only 25 years old! And playing Euro ball.

@dylans I think with his past injury issues he was aware he had only a short time to go pro before he wouldn't be able to attract much interest. Just a guess.
Plus, going out with a championship definitely brings attention, especially with his MOP level play that iced the win. Could have killed his chances to come back and look bad.
