Surely ya'll have heard about Manfred the Least's latest ideas. The man who brought us a pitch clock, A+, Banned the shift D+, 1oth inning ghost runner F, larger bases A- now wants to let teams use any player to bat once in a game, even if said player is already in the game. F-. What do you all think?

@wissox The pitch clock should be 3 seconds. Ghost runners - who can see them? Bases should be the size of a standard playing card. The golden batter should only be available at fast food restaurants.
