Great the fans gave the Moose a chance to catch that foul and protect him from the fall. Unlike stupid Cubs fan that interfered on a foul a few years ago.

Think 29 years is a long time. I've been a diehard Cubs fan for 58 years.

@brooksmd OK OK, I can stand the heat. Got the Jack Black handy as we speak. Last week we sold our place at Truman Lake & were doing recon at Taneycomo & Table Rock. Not the proper timing for indulgence when reviewing options in real estate. Tonite? Much different !! In my 30's in 1985 it seemed as tho it was normal to win like this-now I'll savor every win we get as long as the time is right. Too damn old & wise to get liquored up & drive. But with a DD or at home- Lookout !!

@brooksmd Was in 2 diff shows last weekend in Branson watching fox game trax the whole time. Wife wasn't happy but so what. At least the Henessy was capped. It's waiting for the series along with the Cohibas.

@globaljaybird I watched the stream of late night and it was funny to see the crowd cheer when they showed the Royals on the scoreboard. What a perfect night to be a Kansas sports fanatic.

Geez, if Royals wrap this up tomorrow I'd give anything for 2 WS tickets to take my nephew. I've paid his way down here to Nawlin's to watch KU in the FF.

First look at stubhub for game 1 at KC, $750/ticket in upper deck. I'd still do it for my nephew. He's a great kid.

@brooksmd Anything? Will let you know asap if I can get a line on some. Not lIkely they could fall to me but the company I work for has an advertising partnership with the Royals. My store mgr was sitting club level behind 3rd base tonight for face value of $100. I would not spend hundreds on tix but many would. I'll see it for free with no line at the head or the bar-all the replays, slo mo's, & free parking. Yeah I'd damn sure enjoy it but am just more frugal than that in my old age. This time next year I'd like to be set on the lake fishing for trout full time.

@brooksmd Moose just got POD on SC for the catch in the dugout suite. Gotta admit it was PDG !! Everything possible seems to be going their way now. Better get some zzzzzz's & the broom ready for tomorrow. GN

@globaljaybird I appreciate your efforts whether they are fruitful or not I will do what I can to get tix's when the Royals make it to the WS's. My nephew is a great kid and proud of what my sister, a single mom has produced. I think he majored in sports broadcasting at Washburn and worked the NHRA races in Topeka with ESPN; the Big 12 BB Tournament in KC; and traveled with Washburn teams for their broadcasts. And although a grad of Washburn, he bleeds crimson and blue.
