Give the Legal Definition of a "Paper" Class Here
Nov 10, 2014 11:50 PM #1

I have not been able to find a legal definition of a "paper" class.

You know, the statute, or case law precedent, the specifies a paper class is a legal violation.

I wonder if it really exists? I kind of doubt it.

Anyone that knows it, please post it here.

I am not taking sides here.

I am on a fact finding mission.

Just what the heck is the legal meaning of a "paper class" at this time?

@jaybate-1.0 : I don't think it's so much that the "paper" classes are under scrutiny as much as what was required for said papers and how said papers were graded. You can read more about what went horribly wrong here: North Carolina Real College Sports Scandal ↗ and here North Carolina Probe ↗
