ISU @ Okie St
Feb 18, 2015 11:14 PM #1

I expect all you boys and girls to have your best orange on tonite along with your cowboy/girl boots and hats. And I wanna hear some loud "yeehaws." Last I saw Okie St was a 2 pt favorite so they need our support. Hopefully Forte is healthy and got his gun sighted in from the 3 pt line and Nash has a big night. To watch the game you'll need ESPNU or stream it from WatchESPN. Rock Chalk,,,er I mean Yeehaw!!!

Feb 18, 2015 11:23 PM #2

Yeehaw. Thanks for reminder Brooks.

Feb 19, 2015 12:04 AM #3

@brooksmd I don't have any orange!!! Or yellow!! I will be yelling though. We could use the help, I do NOT want to share either..

Feb 19, 2015 12:13 AM #4

I hope all 2,400 fans that show up will root hard for the Pokes.

Feb 19, 2015 12:20 AM #5

@nuleafjhawk there weren't many at OU game either, or Baylor.

Feb 19, 2015 02:34 AM #6

@brooksmd so hard to like either team! Does forte only get up for us? Missing a ton of shots- oops just hit a 3. Kstate losing by 12 to TCU. I think they were down 20.

Feb 19, 2015 02:38 AM #7

One thing, ISU likes to shoot themselves out of a lead, I'm hoping!!

Feb 19, 2015 02:41 AM #8

@brooksmd forte needs the flu!!!

Feb 19, 2015 02:42 AM #9

@Crimsonorblue22 OUR team has been giving me the flu lately.....

Feb 19, 2015 02:44 AM #10

OSU rushing their shot. Need to run some offense to wear down ISU.

Feb 19, 2015 02:45 AM #11

@nuleafjhawk moan and groan forever!!! Snap out of it!! I'm a lil nervous about TCU. Kstate looks awful!!! If that makes you feel better?

Feb 19, 2015 02:46 AM #12

TCU 53 ksucks 39. ;-)

59-48 now.

Feb 19, 2015 02:46 AM #13

@Crimsonorblue22 i'd feel better if Iowa State looked awful. :flushed:

Feb 19, 2015 02:47 AM #14

@nuleafjhawk me too!

Feb 19, 2015 02:58 AM #15

Geezus. Can either announcer slobber any more about ISu? Want to go wash up after hearing that crap.

Feb 19, 2015 03:09 AM #16

TCU beat purple pu_ _ _ _ _!! (clap)

Feb 19, 2015 03:10 AM #17

Kstate looks just awful!! Foster didn't play much, didn't know if weber got mad or what. They have a brutal schedule left, make or break.

Feb 19, 2015 03:12 AM #18

@Crimsonorblue22 only 5 points for Foster.

Feb 19, 2015 03:16 AM #19

@RockChalkinTexas I'd be surprised if he stayed, no love loss there. Anyone think he could be drafted? Big stretch!

Feb 19, 2015 03:26 AM #20

Wish Okie St would get serious and take care of business.

Feb 19, 2015 03:26 AM #21

OSU ahead of ISU 47-46...how nice it would be if they can keep it up...

Feb 19, 2015 03:27 AM #22

OSU being outscored in the paint bad.

Feb 19, 2015 03:28 AM #23

4th on Niang is big.

Feb 19, 2015 03:28 AM #24

@RockChalkinTexas Niang 4 fouls!

Feb 19, 2015 03:30 AM #25

@Crimsonorblue22 will affect them. 12 mins left? Bedtime for me. Will say my prayers for a cyclone loss!

Feb 19, 2015 03:31 AM #26

ISU 4-15 from 3...OSU is good defending the 3. Niang only 5 points

Feb 19, 2015 03:32 AM #27

@JayHawkFanToo dang long haired dude!

Feb 19, 2015 03:33 AM #28

Is this Okie St or Kansas in their uni's?

Feb 19, 2015 03:42 AM #29

@Crimsonorblue22

Goldylocks?

Feb 19, 2015 03:46 AM #30

He has 12 rebounds...

Feb 19, 2015 03:47 AM #31

Niang has been on the pine for over 5 minutes and Okie St hasn't done squat. ISU should've worn our uni's.

Feb 19, 2015 03:47 AM #32

Cobbins not bad.

Feb 19, 2015 03:48 AM #33

Goldylocks juts picked up his third foul...

Feb 19, 2015 03:50 AM #34

She's pretty fast!

Feb 19, 2015 03:51 AM #35

Dang!!

Feb 19, 2015 03:53 AM #36

Fans sitting, must be tired!😴

Feb 19, 2015 03:54 AM #37

@Crimsonorblue22 Have to save their energy to storm the court if they win and hold up "we're #1" finger.

Feb 19, 2015 03:55 AM #38

@brooksmd wow what a call, poor Freddy

Feb 19, 2015 03:58 AM #39

@brooksmd and they're up

Feb 19, 2015 04:00 AM #40

Poop

Feb 19, 2015 04:01 AM #41

Yeah but ISU has both niang and Hogue back on the court.

Feb 19, 2015 04:02 AM #42

Crap

Feb 19, 2015 04:03 AM #43

Looks like Kansas is gonna have to quit hoping others help them out and take care of things on their own for #11.

Feb 19, 2015 04:04 AM #44

@brooksmd yep!!!

Feb 19, 2015 04:04 AM #45

Game, set match.

Feb 19, 2015 04:05 AM #46

Waste of our time!!

Feb 19, 2015 04:06 AM #47

Well, back to watching Mississippi Men.

Feb 19, 2015 04:06 AM #48

McKay will struggle w/Texas, but isu's speed will probably be more of a factor!

True that. Every team in a position to help us can't win when it helps aka. It's like they've got an agreement to make sure KU doesn't claim # 11 -even if it means another big12 loss no matter the schools post season opportunity.

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE educate these students who flash # 1 with their finger how idiotic they look just because they have a televised game.

Feb 19, 2015 05:37 AM #50

KU is every B12 team's game of the year. It's funny how they're pumped and psyched against KU. Then, they play other B12 teams and it's business as usual.

I don't understand OSU playing the way they do and then dropping one at home. Yeah, thanks for nothing POKES. But KU shouldn't be depending on other teams to win or lose for the 11 straight title. KU needs to run the table for the rest of the season and make a statement to the B12. The OSU and ISU board rats are gushing about sharing, sharing, and sharing. This KU teams needs to refuse sharing anything.

Feb 19, 2015 05:41 AM #51

@truehawk93 they just lost to TCU before this game.

Feb 19, 2015 05:53 AM #52

@Crimsonorblue22 My point exactly. OSU goes to Ft Worth and loses. They come home and lose to ISU. I think OSU is wearing down. Teams are overlooking TCU and it's a mistake. A dangerous team is a team that plays with nothing to lose. TCU can't do much worse and can create havoc for other teams.

I would expect teams that understand this to be a marathon, rather than a sprint will rise for these last few games and into the B12 tourney. OSU looks like a sprinter that passes a really good runner then slows down to be passed by an even worse runner. They can't keep up the pace with their depth. Teams with depth (KU) should rise to the top. I really don't think OU will be that big of a threat either. KU needs to take each game as if their season depends on it, because it does.

Time for KU to get lean, mean, and stingy.

If Niang got 1 point for every time he travelled, he'd be the only player in history to average 100 ppg.
