Thanks, @Careful_you I'd always look for this information whenever there was a discussion on the current and past players. So I thought it might be helpful to others too. It's a work in progress and I'm still updating the document. :)

@wishawk @careful_you you're right CY... Thanks for sharing this wishawk.. it IS great. I need to smell the roses. "hmm.. how the hell do we get this to render in markdown syntax...", was the only thing that crossed my mind when you posted this, instead of "wow, this is great info!". I tried markdown syntax for a table and it didn't work.. so I dont know.. but for now, let me just enjoy it as an image :)
