@Crimsonorblue22 Looks like a sweetheart to me ! Big doggies are more work but we think they are sooooooo much more fun than smaller breeds. It's like double the pleasure & double the fun. Rascal got a Nerf football over the weekend & he rough housed with it for over an hour, non stop, at 100 mph. Sometimes you wonder where the switch to turn him off is. That Golden looks like a future "squirrel doggie" Am happy for you girl & good luck!

@VoyagingJayhawk Did you see the one @VailHawk picked up during the recent family trip to Kansas? Lily is a keeper, too. Check his road trip thread.

@Crimsonorblue22 Yep, I would've guessed any past, present or future Jayhawk first name. He looks to be a future tp terrorist. Make sure you keep the bathroom doors closed.

@Crimsonorblue22 I did once. Driving back from Othello, WA where I was stationed, to Topeka. Tried to do it non-stop. Somewhere in western Kansas, don't remember the time except it was dark, woke up practically on the bumper of another car. Scared the crap out of me.

I was like Brooks, I drove home from Washington state once with my father to the KC area. I hadn't been back to Kansas in almost a couple of years and when I reached Kanorado, which any experienced I-70 driver will recognize as the first or final town in Kansas--depending on direction of travel--I felt re-energized and it seemed as if the stars were brighter and the air cleaner. Once I make it back to the Kansas prairie I'll never leave it again. It gets in your blood.

@brooksmd you are not driving on our trip!
