@wrwlumpy Omg, I had no idea some of those guys were from there! How cool!

Jul 10, 2015 01:07 PM #7

@wrwlumpy I had no idea that there was such a textile shortage there.

@wrwlumpy Funny, all those men look alike. Genetics; good stuff.

Jul 10, 2015 03:38 PM #11

I thought john candy was from Canada, maybe that's not him-a look a like.

Jul 10, 2015 03:59 PM #12

@Crimsonorblue22 Pretty sure that's John Candy and no he shouldn't be on there. Sean Penn and John C. Reilly are least of Lithuanian descent, but John Candy is not of Lithuanian descent from what I could find.

Jul 10, 2015 04:29 PM #13

@Texas-Hawk-10 Whoops - found that by Googling famous Lithuanians or those of Lithuanian descent.

Jul 10, 2015 04:37 PM #14

@wrwlumpy no big deal!

Jul 10, 2015 05:12 PM #15

@Crimsonorblue22 Maybe it was because of the movie, "Home Alone", when the mother hitches a ride with John Candy and his Polka band to get back home. Weren't they Lithuanians? Maybe that's why Candy googled for Lithuania....just a hunch, and I don't feel like looking it up. So if anybody knows.... .

Jul 10, 2015 05:13 PM #16

@KUSTEVE good idea!

Jul 10, 2015 05:17 PM #17

@Crimsonorblue22

I believe all the individuals pictured are of Lithuanian descent and not necessarily born there.

As far as John Candy and per Wikipedia:

"Candy was born in 1950 in Newmarket, Ontario. The son of Sidney James Candy and his wife Evangeline (Aker) Candy, he was raised in a working-class Roman Catholic family. Candy's father was of English and Scottish descent, while his mother was of Polish and Ukrainian descent."

@JayHawkFanToo he was sooooo funny!

Jul 10, 2015 05:51 PM #19

@Crimsonorblue22

Indeed; very untimely death of hearth attack. Chris Farley was also pretty funny and much like another funny guy, John Belushi, his early death was self-induced.

Jul 11, 2015 12:32 AM #24

@wrwlumpy Really lump? Maybe gaggle would refine the search differently.
