Hard to know what the real truth is about JoJo. I'm guessing that sometimes breaking the same bone is better than it not breaking but not healing. I'm sure the strategy will change on his next surgery. I'm also guessing there are better fixes possible today because of technological advancements.

All we can do is hope the best for JoJo!

@Crimsonorblue22 Major dislike.

Sound like the bone never healed in the first place and Charles Barkley ↗feels its the 76ers fault and I think he makes a valid point...

@JayHawkFanToo makes me sick for him, and on top of losing his brother.

@Crimsonorblue22

Worst case he already has a contract that will pay him more than most people make in a lifetime.

@JayHawkFanToo I'm still thinking positive. 🙏

Apparently the 76ers have been lying this whole time about the injury: http://www.crossingbroad.com/2015/07/report-joel-embiid-actually-did-re-break-his-foot-and-the-sixers-may-in-fact-be-full-of-sht.html ↗

@approxinfinity this really pisses me off. Is anyone looking out for these kids?

I get that people are upset about the whole situation, but given the circumstances he made the best possible decision he could've made. He'll make more off of his rookie contract than most people make in a lifetime, as @JayHawkFanToo pointed out.

The most important thing here is that there are no lions in Phillie.

I would hate for Joel to have to bare hand another lion with a broken foot.

@jaybate-1.0 There may not be any lions in Phillie, but given the comments to that article there are a bunch of d-bags.
