With Sasha signing a 2 year deal with the Cavs, the 2008 National Champions had a great Coach and 7 players play in the NBA. It made me wonder what the other 2 teams were able to use to achieve their milestone.
1988 - Witchcraft, a great coach that the players ignored when told not to run with OU, and an incredible player in Danny Manning. Witchcraft is the only explanation for Clint Normore.
1952 - Great Coach, A gentle giant named Clyde who turned into a mean player on the court and the inventor of the "Sky Hook." Clyde ended his career at KU becoming a 3 time First team All American. 7 players and Coach Allen were chosen to be on the U.S. Olympic team. They all received Gold Medals for being Olympic Champions.
