Geez, noon today in Nawlins near Quarter, 11 year old pulled a gun on somebody. 11 yr old had broken into a pickup and passer by asked what he was doing. Three restaurants near quarter have been robbed while open the past couple of weeks.. There was a 6 yr old with the 11 yr old.
That's why I don't go into Nawlin's anymore unless I have to.
