The NBA fines players for flops. The NCAA shoul review egregious flops like this and issue suspensions like they do with intentional fouls.

This is why I'm not a D1 coach. If one of my players pulled a stunt like that I would probably pull a Bobby Knight on his arse and he wouldn't be faking it this time.

It looks like he lost his balance and was trying not to twist. He just came back from a scary injury, didn't he? Just trying to see another possible side. He was 6 feet away when he put his foot back.
