Josh's stats are eye popping. If his %s were up we'd be talking about how Frank should be this year's runner up to POY. Also, Svi with the treys. Did not realize he had canned that many.

3 more made but 42 more attempts. Unless we rebounded and scored on a highly disproportionate number of those extra 39 misses, that ratio indicates likely changes of possessions and scoring by the other teams far beyond the extra 9 pts his 3-ptr attempts have gained us.

What I don't like is how most of our 3 pt shooters don't move in for rebounds on their misses.

Landen definitely needs to shoot more. What I see happening is by the time he catches the ball and gathers himself, he's double or triple teamed and can't shoot, Many times the defense pokes the ball away. I hope a coach is working with him to catch and shoot, rather than spend so much time gathering himself to put up a contested shot. I believe he's worried so much about getting blocked that he's taking too much time. He should be shooting a lot more free throws. Now is the time to dominated young man; it's T Tech for heaven's sake. Dominate the paint.

@stoptheflop Landen is much better at catching and not lowering the ball than he was last year. Not perfect, but improved over last year.

This is deliberate on Self's part to save the legs. He wants the team to get back on defense to prevent easy fast break points. It's the single biggest reason KU went into Rupp and beat Kentucky.
