Covey vs Vargas. Will the Royals go for 10 in a row? Will the pitching and hitting work together tonite? If somebody gives me the Royals and 10 I might take it.

Well give credit to Hos for trying to take it to lf against the shift, but it still went directly to the only infielder playing between 2nd and 3rd for inning ending dp.

I've seen most of these guys in limited capacity in the bigs or in Double A. Stevenson was a beast every time I saw him but that was mostly in double A. None of the others had enough run to jar loose a crisp memory.

@approxinfinity Yeah, this winter he's a FA and just read where there currently isn't much agreement on a new contract. Too bad they can't fire Gordo and give his contract to Hos.

@Crimsonorblue22 Actually I think it was Dennis Wilson, also a major druggie, who introduced ol Charlie to the group and then him and his followers moved into Brian's place when he was going through his totally stoned/wasted period. I think Brian's wife then made it clear it was either her and the kid or kid's, don't remember which, or all the mooching stoners. But somebody was leaving.
