Been a fun game but could've done without Soler's 2 failed diving catch attempts. Especially the one in the 9th with 2 outs. Rather than just allowing a single it resulted in a triple when the ball got past him to the wall.

Alright. Nice start to the home stand.

Monster 456 ft home run shot by Moss into the second tier of the fountains in the 5th gave the Royals a 2-1 lead. Duffy went 7 innings, Soria 1 and Tabasco closed it out.

@Crimsonorblue22 You will never like him, will you?

May 13, 2017 01:26 PM #7

@mayjay should I?

@Crimsonorblue22 I think he had an abysmal year last year that significantly hurt KC's chance to be competitive. But I also think a number of other players did. As a reliever, his failures were more visible, but on the whole I think he has returned to form better than, say, Gordon, or your "Sexy Esky"! I don't particularly like him, but I can't see hating on him even when he does perform. But I understand cringing because of not knowing what to expect.

Then again, did the Royals just re-sign Albuquerque again? Ai yi yi!

@mayjay think you have the wrong guy. Not sorry I a! He's doing a lot better.

@Crimsonorblue22 Oh! Mea culpa! I was so used to seeing the Soria name variations my mind just went there. Oops! Sorry I Am!
