Hey KU buckets peeps. So Ive taken a travel nursing job. I'm currently in Charlottesville VA. Anyone near by?
On my off time I enjoy running around campus in my KU shorts and jersey and hat. :laughing:
Ive actually seen a couple jayhawks out here. We are legion! I might actually be in Kansas for some KU games this fall. I don't miss much about Kansas but KU ball is at the top of the list!!

Right on man. I'm in the west side of Richmond, not too far from you. I reached out to a KU watch party group a couple weeks ago and got on their mailing list. Might try to meet up with them for a game or two this year. Want to help me recruit some new board rats?
@Lulufulu My favorite place to visit in this entire nation. Is nice country there that every American should see. If you're into US history, that's PD close to mecca. Big bro raised his family there for decades & is buried there as well. 2 kids grad UVA, 1 ODU & 1 Wm Mary. Another 26 yrs USN/22 as SEAL. All still the Va Beach, Richmond & SC area. Gene was my inspiration for the handle globaljaybird. He joyfully took me to Senators games at old DC stadium back in the mid 1960's, The Smithsonian, Arlington, & Ft Washington on the Potomac. I swear he musta knew every rabbit path in DC. Enjoy Lulu, I know I would.

@approxinfinity Sure man! I wear my KU stuff a lot. I haven't run into any Jayhawks yet but I'm betting I find them. I'll be here till 9/9 so about 2.5 more months.
