Officials were right to toss Thomas. I don't know that he intended the chop to the throat, but there has to be a zero tolerance on that type of play. That was a frustration type play that is dangerous.

He looked immediately remorseful. I think it was intentional, but unintentionally hard.
@JayHawkFanToo Cavs have been playing a 3rd string 36 year old PG all season, or fitting a square peg in a round hole just to buy time until IT and Rose are back. Now that IT is back, and Rose will be back soon, this team could really go on a tear soon.
Cavs will also, more likely than not, make a trade before the deadline as well. They will shed Shumpert and give up their late 1st Round pick to go get a rental player to finish out the season.
I really like the way Wiggins has been playing lately. His defense has really improved (probably a lot due to being surrounded by Thibs, Butler, and Gibson), and he's getting better at doing that aren't just scoring. I know his stats and shooting have dropped off, but just by watching him play I would say he looks like he's starting to figure it out. He also looks a lot bigger and stronger.
The Timberwolves are looking very good lately, too. It must be fun to be a Minny sports fan at the moment.
