So tonight , Squeaky vs Oklahoma
Jan 16, 2018 08:08 PM #1

Tonight ol Squesky and the mildcats take on Oklahoma, so how bada does it get?

Is it a total blowout OR could there possibly - -possibly be a special night and upset?

My take I think Oklahoma wins by like 13 , I just don't think there is anyone close that can come close to shutting down Trae. - -Anything is possible though maybe - -just maybe - - what you think, let's hear your thoughts? - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@Jayballer54 But I have no expectation KSU can win. All the refs in the KU vs WVU game, glare off of a window in New Zealand, distracting noises from the frig 2 weeks ago, etc.--how can this happen?

Oh I like that - - Squeak Loud - -Squeak proud - -unfortunely - I think Squeak won't be squeaking to more like it will be a squeak because there is a foot on his throat. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@mayjay

The squeaky wheel gets the grease which he can use to improve his Liberace like pompadour.

Lon is gonna beat Liberace like a rented mule.

KSU might be able to defend the home court tonight, but they are in for a tough season.

Just looking at their schedule, they have OU and TCU coming to Manhattan this week. Those are almost must win games for them, because the next four conference games after that have three on the road, and the single home game is KU going to Manhattan, while the Cats travel to Texas, West Virginia and Baylor. KSU is 2-3 in conference right now. If they don't at least split this week's games, there's a chance that they are 2-9 in conference the next time they catch their breath.

They need W's because the season could get away from them really quickly if they don't.

There is a long way to go in conference play but no question that last night's game must be giving the other coaches pause to worry. KU was perceived as being vulnerable this season and now it is once again the team to beat.

Watching this game tonight, and have a question. I had heard in the past that even though ESPN telecast some of these games that there are times when thy broadcasters are not actually at the game. - Is that true? - Cause these announcers just don't sound like they are actually at the arena - like they might be seeing the feed from somewhere else - -can that be? - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@Jayballer54 Have no idea where you heard this, but you might enjoy The Sting with Newman/Redford if you haven't seen. Nice little part played by My Favorite Martian doing something like that.

@Jayballer54

Never heard of that. If they have cameras there, they will have an announcing crew.
