well my life long team is doing well. - -As you know and as some so kindly like to ride me on them - -anyways main while back at the ranch The Yankees doing quite nicely thank you for asking lol. - - 25-10 tied with Boston going into tonight. I'm just really wondering actually how they are doing it with so many batting under 200 - or barely above 200.

Pitching been good - -not dominant - - -Although we did juat get through holding the Astro's scoreless for 23 innings. -- that and DD has been outstanding. But Gardner is hitting 198 - - -Stanton like 225 and our Catcher hitting around 200 - - plus a couple more - guess I shpuldn't be complaining though - -long season

I despise the Yankees. I used to not despise them, but ESPN has made me despise them. They're the only reason ESPN talks about baseball is the yanks and red sux. ESPN has an article recently "Why a great yankee team is good for baseball". Give me a break. The only thing good for baseball for me or for fans of the other 29 teams is for their team to win it all. How stupid. So I'm supposed to cheer for the Yankees because it's good for baseball? What a joke.

This doesn't mean you can't love the Yanks Jayballer! Doesn't matter to me, I just am disgusted of the trajectory of my favorite sport being ruined by MLB, ESPN, and Fox.

As far as ESPN - -psssssssssst ESPN how many here have told me shouldn't get so concerned about what ESPN has to say - -ESPN is a joke - -ESPN is that East Coast Biased crap again - just like with College Basketball and Duke - -same goes for baseball and NY - -and Boston -and then the other Coast and the Dodgers.

The Cubs, White Sox, Diamondbacks, Marlins, Royals, Astros, Angels, and Phillies have won as many world series since the turn of the century as the money laden, buy every big FA every year, on ESPN/FOX/MLBTV every night Yankees! That is underachieving. That team really should be winning about every three years or so with all their advantages!

Being successful and underachieving are not necessarily mutually exclusive and a person does not have to be a hater to point it out. Sometimes you should consider that not everyone shares your likes/dislikes and just because some of us don’t share your opinion it does not make us wrong. Yes, the Yankees have won titles and have been successful but considering the money they have spent they have definitely underachieved. You should try being more open minded.

I’m glad the Yankees are good again. I love to hate them and it is only fun when they’re good.

Aaron Judge is something else. Wow!

And his Topps Heritage RC is amazing. If it doesn’t conjure up images of Mantle I doubt anything will.

@jayballer73 It’s no biggie. KU underperforms most years also. It just means expectations were high and you likely got to enjoy a great regular season.
