Just got through watching the last episode in the series - - A Night to remember. - I'm so glad that did this series , taking you behind the scenes - -scenes from the locker room and such.

I'm tellin you guys , I'm so dead serious - there is something bout this guy - -I swear makes you wonder he is so connected with our players - -makes you feel like MAN I'd go to battle with this guy ANYTIME ANYWHERE - -unbelieveable way with the players - -you can just see it. - These guys actually have that connection with the Coach ya know?- -you know what I mean ?- - -Hell it even gets me so stoked - -fired up - ready for the next one.

Our new OC - -mercy is this guy a spark plug or what - -JUMPING - - GEE - - HOSSA - - -FATS - - -the guy is stoked - -I love to see a staff that's busting their ass like that for these guys - -trying to get the players fired up - -these Coach's believe - they really believe in our boys - -you can just see the fire in their gut.

Tell you what we better do what ever we need to do that makes sure our OC stays right where he is at - - KU - -Man I hope we can come out and just really COMPETE - - there is something special coming our way with this Staff - - take notice Big 12 -- -we coming. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Couldn’t have said it better my man. Les and Dearmon are the perfect marriage. Eliot was really impressive as well. Amazing things will happen over the next few years.

I’ve seen a major uptick in my KSU friends poking at KU and Les being a bit weird. Les is weird, no doubt about it. But my lord he can coach. I would run through a wall for that dude, because he really cares about his team and will push his team. Dearmon is the same way. I want my coach to grab my helmet, look me in the eye like a man and tell me how to get better. Then when I get it right, lets do a hell yeah.

This thing is going to be special, no doubt about it.

So true. - - Les just does not do a good interview/answering questions. - -You get him on the field - -the locker room - -A motivational king - -the guy just gets it on the field with these guys and such. - -Do you see how he always makes it a habbit to talk with Carter afterwards?

Dearmon? - - sssssshhhhhhhz - - - they better make sure they take care of that boy - - let him get his oats sowed and then when Les retires - -let him be the NEXT Coach - - going to be very interesting tomorrow.

The ONE thing that we just HAVE to do tomorrow is we can not let K-State hog the time - -we have to keep them from those 7-8-9 minute drives - -that will kill a team. - - ROCK CHALK ALLD AY LONG BABY

I just heard on gameday, "WHO IS K-STATE?" screaming at his players!
