Paul Pierce joins the 25,000 point club

KU great joins the 25,000 point club, Only 3 other active players, Kevin Garnett, Dirk Nowitzki and Kobi Bryant have scored 25,000 points. Pierce is the only one of the four to attend college; Garnett and Bryant skipped college and went to the NBA straight form High School and Nowitzki played HS and pro-ball in Germany.

Is Paul Pierce KU's best pro player not named Wilt? He certainly has had a long and successful career in the NBA.

This is really quite impressive considering that he played 3 years at Kansas before going to the NBA. He's just been so consistent his entire career and continues to play at a high level at age 36. Congrats, Paul.

@JayHawkFanToo Paul is one of my all time favorite Hawks, I used to watch the Celtics games jsut because he played for them. My first KU game was his freshman year and I've been a fan of his and KU ever since! That's an awesome accomplishment for a great player and person.
