This is an excellent question. This article provides some answers:
Basically, the vaccine developed by Oxford with AstraZennica is in phase 3 trials (being tested on 15k people) and the Cansino vaccine developed in China is about to start phase 3 (ie large group) testing.
We will have the results in October or November. Assuming success, from there I don't know the turnaround to widespread availability in various parts of the globe.
