Oubre seems to be mature for his age, and well grounded. I look forward to seeing him do well at KU.
I am sorry that we fans will only have a short time to watch his progress. I've always enjoyed seeing the development of college athletes from young men to young adults who have confidence and maturity. With the OADs we only see a glimpse of who they will develop into. It's their loss, and ours as well

Seems like OSU is working to replace Missouri on the KU most hated list. That said, I kind of liked Marcus Smart last year and admire him for coming back to school for another year.

I never was good at 9-dimensional chess (or the other kind either). And yes, I just shake my head and wonder what was he thinking...

Jake Heap is an improvement IMHO. And the team as a whole is better this year and I see improvement each week. The Jayhawks may not win many games this year but I'll still be watching them when I can.

I have warmed up to Coach Weis over time. He doesn't duck and dodge, at least when he is talking on Hawk talk. I'm willing to give him more time to improve the team.
