KU is benefitted by playing the last game on Monday at 8:40 PM CT on CBS. Let's hope Dave avoids early foul trouble. Mitch and Gethro need to be ready to help on the Mobleys. We need this win. Come on guards, hit some damn 3s. Jeez. Oh yeah, KU is a 1.5 dog.

Would be a KU tournament legend if he got 35. We need something like 16-20 from him tonight. More then anything I just want to see him wall up defensively, not get into foul trouble and play his game. This is a huge game for him personally going up against Mobley and I really hope he takes to the scouting report on how to beat him offensively because this might be the best shot blocker he's ever went up against.

USC is #2 in the nation in 2pt fg defense. They are below average in 3 pt fg defense. I think the two stats are similar in nature, teams shoot the 3 to avoid the shot blocker in the paint. It would benefit KU greatly to have a great shooting game from 3 tonight.. CB, Ochai get your work in fellas at shootaround. Lock in
Kusports article acts as if we have zero chance to win this game. I understand the concern but they have a relatively unimpressive schedule. Of course their league has done well so far in the dance too so maybe the PAC12 was underrated.

Everyone is pretty much picking SC in this game, undoubtedly (as they always do when it comes to frosh phenom koolaids) drinking themselves a big cup of Mobley. I think that KU will win this game by double digits.

It was hard to listen to that duo. Playing up the underdog is what March is all about. Hopefully we get a different crew tonight

Sounds good I would like this too, I'm just afraid he gonna be in trouble. Mobley get's out in open space quicker - - more athletic better bounce, - then who is going to guard THE OTHER Mobley , afraid we really got out hands full - -like you say shot blockers -gonna have a hard time inside Dave has really improved just afraid going against a guy like thi gonna be a long noght, just takes to long for Dave to get his shot up against a guy like this

That maybe the PAC12 was underrated seems like a massive understatement at this point, especially given Oregon's shellacking of (an overrated) Iowa. The PAC12 teams aren't just winning, they're doing so pretty easily. 6 of their 7 wins have been by double digits.
The challenge this year in evaluating teams is the paucity of non-conference games. That was especially true for PAC12 teams. As it turns out, the B10 is clearly is not the "best conference by far" (per Bilas). The B12 is also not what we thought. Perhaps KU can pull it out a win tonight as a 'dog, but it's distinctly possible that only 1 B12 team will be in the Sweet 16...
@DCHawker Yeah, and one thing I really hate is seeing SEC teams advance. Bama and LSU could join Arkansas. More than the BIG and B12 depending how today plays out.
I'm really shocked that the 10 and 12 could only have 1 or two teams total between the leagues play next weekend. Obviously, KU is way more important than conference superiority but it's just not what I expected. I really thought we were going to be having a 10 and 12 tournament with Gonzaga thrown in there and a cinderella.
@BeddieKU23 I wish they AND the refs were playing up the underdog in the OU game. Frickin Gonzaga walked more in the first half than I did on my treadmill this morning.

Ya, it was like that the whole game. That was the worst officiated game I've seen this year.

Yeah, Stanford was a pretty good team this year and didn’t get a sniff due to the “down” year of the Pac12
