Think it could be pretty sweet to see this like it says in spurts. be able to free up Remy at times , Thing is Harris is just so dam quick it's ok let him run it for a little and not have to worry about Scoring just let the other guys do their thing.

I think this has a good chance of being a special year. We are Sooooo deep. Guys can be a little more aggressive on the defensive end. The ONE spot we have to be a little more careful about is the 5. Not quite as deep there but think this is going to be fun.

Think we might have some classic battles with Texas this year, would love to kick their ass - - give them something to remember us by and then they can get the hell out. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Ditto on Texas. Going to be harder since they have a legit coach now.

Last starting spot is between Harris and Braun.

I was high on Harris last year.

Harris starting with Braun and Yes off the bench sounds good to me.

Some practice observations here from Bobby Pettiford's coach (who is obvs biased towards Bobby).

Man, if ever there were a year for coach to go to a ten deep somewhat two-platoon rotation, this would be the year. We have when compared to other seasons a fairly soft non-con schedule, get 'em some PT and get ready for conference and tournament play. Remy is a small 2 volume scorer, Harris should start at point.

I smell at least one red shirt... perhaps two.

I think that is a better discussion from others in here who are up on this more. I heard Self talk about the possibility at Latenight and I don't recall him ever bringing it up with emphasis before. I think it puts him in a tough spot having so many players who can play but only so many minutes. Offering red shirts is a great way to hold on to some guys who won't be receiving minutes.

Cuffe is a definite red-shirt candidate especially with the knee surgery setting him back even further. He missed his entire Jr year due to Covid-19 and reclassified down a year to Join KU this year. He's just going to need the year to acclimate, get healthy and develop.

I don't think you see another shirt. Adams & Clemence are in play for backup minutes to some extent. Pettiford looks like he's in the mix for some minutes and with the lighter then usual non-conference schedule you want him to get some in-game experience.

Going to say it again, Bobby is going to be really good.
