I believe Gruden when he says there is "not a racist bone" in his body. Pretty sure racism and all the other hateful isms come from the brain.

Maybe we are all homo-phobic, misogynistic racists? But when the leader of an organization or leader of anything, for that matter, hangs himself (and it is almost always a he, not a she) with his own dumbass words it leaves us with no choice - he gotta go. Silver linings playbook? Dumbasses like Gruden help us all to learn.

@Crimsonorblue22 I was just making a point that none of us are perfect. But so-called leaders, they need to be held to a different standard. A standard that people can look up to, and maybe even strive to be.

I always have eyes on me, I've learned to be an example. Plus it's wrong.

@Crimsonorblue22 now that I'm growing older, I try to be too.

It stands out to me that two coaches that have been hailed as great leaders (Urban Meyer and Gruden) have been shown to be frauds in that capacity in the space of about a week and a half. Either we don't really understand what leadership means, or we are not good at identifying those qualities because neither of those guys should lead a round of applause, let alone an organization.

Good old beating by Titans, Chiefs getting their rear end kicked.

I had forgotten this feeling.

Can't remember the last weekend that the Jayhawks looked better than the Chiefs.

@AsadZ he bought into his own koolaid, is way overthinking things. And the D is a total waste of time. We need a new OC and DC. It is not going to get better after this season if changes aren't made, simple as that.

Chiefs have many issues although DL is the biggest one IMO. They have invested heavily and paying top $$ to guys like Clarke, Jones and not get anything in return. This should be the highest priority for next year.
