Sounds like the opening act at the Grand Ole Opry.

Since our winning conference streak was broken it's not a huge thing but it impacts the B12 tourney seedings. KU and TCU are the only remaining 1 conference loss squads. BU and WVU came into tonight with 2 losses so one will have three in a few more minutes. For KU it's a opportunity to put some additional space between us and some of our highly rated league teams. And a road win would be nice after failing to grab the brass ring at TTU.

We only favored by 3.5. Does that sound about right ?

Weird thing about that run, OU didn't really do anything wrong. No live ball turnovers. No bad shots. A pass out of bounds on a good read/bad execution play, a missed shot and giving up a couple threes, 2 point lead to 10.

But that's what good teams should do.

Good start. Not trying to throw cold water, but are only player who has gotten to the line is Mitch. They don't have much size or rim protection - we need to start getting points in the paint and at the FT line...

Dejuan was overexposed in this game. Got posted up, made numerous errors trying to drive the ball, and his shot just would not fall. Took 10 shots. I know OU was laying off of him, but he has to do better, or play less.

He is fine as a distributor, but as a main focal point of the offense, he certainly isn't ready and might not ever be ready.

I don't think he is ever going to really be able to put on muscle. Just hoping Bobby comes along a bit for next season and we get another guard preferably from the portal I don't think there are guys we can get from the HS ranks that move the needle at this point.
