It’s funny because I actually think that’s a decent job. Should be able to recruit STL and KC and get local dudes. But if you are going to let the DaJuan Harris’ get away you’ll never win there.

Isaiah Mosely should be a Tiger not a MoState Bear.

But Cuonzo never once looked locally is really the point. Look at Wisconsin or Purdues rosters to see how you just recruit locally and develop

I think so at this point. Probably only way KU isn't is if we lose to OU and Duke and Kentucky both win the tournaments. Even then, I don't know of that would bump KU off the 1 line.

Arizona is currently in a tight one with Colorado so if Colorado wins, that could possibly lock KU in as a 1 seed and possibly bump us up to the #2 overall and put San Antonio in play for KU's regional.

Two very impressive games. Love the recent motivation. Keep it up, fellas!

Feel like these last two games also fit well with what the first weekend could feel like competition wise in the tournament. TCU would be the quality of opponent we are likely to face in a second round game. Tech would be a similar comp to a sweet sixteen/elite 8 type matchup. Let’s hope this team is peaking at the right time and has found another gear for the third season.

Wilson and Braun had fewer points than I would have expected. In 32 min Wilson was 4/6 9 pts and only 2 rbs. Braun played 33 min 4/11 for 9 pts. I sure hope these two have monster games against Tech. KU can't count on Lightfoot and Remy to carry the water every game. But I sure enjoyed their games against TCU

I’d be worried about this if Wilson hadn’t also had 5 assists. He was still aggressive and involved.

He’s got a lot of options honestly.

If Jamari and Hunter Mickelson were good enough to play overseas Mitch probably is too.

I’d imagine Mitch has a path to coaching if he wanted to.

But also didn’t ge do engineering? And will have two masters degrees. He’d probably have a successful career if he wanted it.
