Mar 20, 2022 12:09 PM #2

@BShark who’s that? Where’s he from?

He's basically Scott Drew's version of Kurtis Townsend.

@BShark

Lol. Well good luck to him and his family.

First impression is that is a helluva hire. Jerome Tang might be the brains of that operation.

On the very shortlist of top assistant coaches.

Brilliant hire, imo.

Shows how much out of the loop I am. Had no idea who his was ? - -Who knows maybe they can become more competitive - -be good for the series

Things should improve with a low profile coach known for professionalism and competence rather than personality (Hugs), anger (Martin), or crazy-ass shit (Squeaky).

I am looking forward to a fresher horizon with Tang, especially because I think his goal will be to duplicate what his mentor did: resurrect a program. He is a B12 veteran, and won't just see if he can lead the student body in profane cheering.

If I turn out to be wrong about him, well, it has happened before!

I doubt Silo Tech will be able to keep him long. He's the real deal.

Miss. St hires Chris Jans. Jans is a better coach than he is a human being ( Bowling Green incident), and is famously known for getting drunk with Mr. and Mrs. Marsha when he was on the Shlocker's staff. He is actually a very good basketball coach, and will probably do real well for the Bulldogs.

Dennis Gates (Cleveland State) will take over at Mizzou "a proud program that has faded from relevancy in recent years." Known for his recruiting of lottery pick level players. Out of Leonard Hamilton's staff.

Official now

A good hire. Still a bad job and a tough place to win. Will be interesting

Mar 21, 2022 01:45 AM #16

I always thought he was the brains at Baylor

Their first assistant hire is really, really good. Ulric Maligi from Texas. One of the better recruiters in the state, and doesn’t exactly “do things the right way.” Eg was lead on Emmanuel Mudiay

Ksu is dang excited about Tang. I would be too, can't understand why he didn't break away sooner. Sooo is Bruce looking for another job?

Bruce's next job should be at a Braums handing out ice cream to children.

Prohm officially back at Murray now.

Is Bruce even wanting a new coaching job?

Mar 25, 2022 06:16 PM #25

Bruce should have just been like an NAIA coach for 40 years somewhere. He doesn't fit this level of ball
