KU is currently a 1 point favorite over OSU on Saturday. Lots of questions around the statuses of Spencer Sanders not playing and Jalon Daniels returning have led to this. OSU initially opened as a 3.5 point favorite which is much closer than I would've thought even with OSU's performance last week and their terrible secondary.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I've been reading OSU boards daily this week checking on Saunders to see what's being said. - -Prety quiet , Gundy said he is fine and will play tomorrow - -and yte hearing all kinds of other rumors. Guess he has been playing hurt for awhile and just taking a lot of beating. - their fans talkig about how they have no running game how their secondary is getting exposed and how many players they have hurt.
Sounds good but just lips moving - -I personally think Saunders plays or at least starts. See how effective he is a different story - even when he has been in the passing has been on again - -off again according to their people.- -I think to there is at least a 50/50 chance of seeing Jalen - just hope he doesn't rush back and screw himself up worse. Think this might be our only chance to ge that 6th win - -slim chance with Texas Tech maybe - we shall see

True our Defense STILL pretty bad , we rank 9th in the league in defense - -in total yards BUT guess who ranks 10th in the league ?- - Okie State is dead last in defense.- -Sanders may play - - -may not if he does play good chance not 100 % - -bum shoulder taking a risk playing him -- he gets hit a couple of times and has even been brought up on their boards about this. Seems like they having trouble running the ball

Couldend up a track meet- lots of scores. Yet IF Gunner Gundy has to go - I think benefits us , - again coming off bye week - -playing at home - -hopefully good crows,- -I just think we got a pretty good shot - -we shall see
I think we get it done tomorrow. OSU’s OL is really bad, and we should be able to really get to Gundy. All indications are Sanders is out. Their secondary has issues as well, so Bean should be able to make plays. The key is to play clean. Don’t give them extra possessions, don’t commit dumb penalties and we should be fine. Something like 31-20

When the wide bodied TE makes a catch like that to keep a drive going you just sense this team just has a team of destiny type thing going. Not that we're going to a big time bowl, but we're on our way. Back up QB runs for 80 yards for a TD and is 15-20 passing. Key RB goes out for season and guys step up. Seemingly like 6-7 guys down injured today, yet we're still rolling. Really remarkable what we're seeing. Lance Leipold should win coach of the year for the effort put forth this season.

Likely bowl games would be the First Responders Bowl Dec. 27 at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, the Liberty Bowl in Memphis on Dec. 28, the Texas Bowl at NRG Stadium in Houston also on Dec. 28, or the Cheez-It Bowl at Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Dec. 29.
If KU makes the Liberty or Cheez-It Bowls, it be KU's second appearance in each bowl as KU previously lost to NC State in each bowl game (1973 Liberty Bowl and 2003 Tangerine Bowl).
Now we need to pull out the checkbook, and keep this coach here for a long, long time.

Didn't get to watch the game because I was at the Texas Renaissance Festival today and had to follow on my phone.
There is an absolutely batshit crazy game going on in Dallas between Houston and SMU. With 3:37 left, SMU leads Houston 77-63. There has been about 1,300 yards of offense so far and SMU's QB has thrown 9 TD passes while Tune for UH has 7 TD passes.
Just finished watching the 2nd half. I had 2 mins to spare. Was so proud and it was so deserved. Beans emotional response tore me up. He laid it all out there for the team. Stud! Neal too. O line gave them time and opened holes. Arnold looked good, D looked good. Just the goal line O.🤮 A lot of guys stepped up, Jared, soft hands, Casey! Coach was able to use a lot of guys and it helped having the week off. Sure would be nice to win another one or 2.
@stoptheflop I think they were trying to avoid mistakes/TO in these situations, they just needed 3 points in each drive to keep a scoring distance.
A TO in those situations could have changed the momentum of the game.
Read off the Jayhawk site today, that Devin is only the 3rd P-5 player since 1996 -to rush for 220 yards plus have 110 yards receiving both in the same game - - just a stud
