Is there anything more inexact in sports than a football official's placement of the ball after a play? I get that tv camera angles make it difficult for home viewers to judge well. But, how many times have you watched an official seem to misplace the ball? Surely there is a better way to spot the ball after a play. Even tennis uses cameras. Baseball's home plate umpire calling balls and strikes is part of the nuance of that game. But, in football the official is just supposed to place the ball to the point it was advanced. I like that the spot may be challenged in the NFL. Why not take advantage of technology here.

Same problem that's it's been all year the Defense can't stop the run. - -Robinson has 172 yards at the half. - - Texas has 306 yards of offense at the half - -KU has 136 - - that's not gonna win you any games. - -The refs took a TD away from KU where they called lineman down field - -they re watched at half , a lineman is allowed 3 yards down the field and clearly not beyond that , would of given us some kind of Mo.- -Wouldn't change things though , still stay with what I said earlier 300 yards

Unbelievable number of missed tackles today. Other than that, everything else sucked too.

@Crimsonorblue22 were guaranteed a bowl. Just the Big 12 has 7, and that doesn’t include the CFP. WVU is ineligible and ISU has to beat TCU to get to 6 wins.

Still need to find some dudes on both sides over the off-season. Specifically they need to Improve the front 7 on D and WR on O (imo).

Shit happens, and I said KU would still have a game or two like today this season at the beginning of the year because the defense is still really bad.

Texas got their revenge. Ho hum.

On to next week. And then a bowl game. HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH. This is a monster conference and we did something we haven't done in a decade.

(BTW, the blowout win by Texas will do nothing to erase the images of Casey's catch in overtime at Austin last year. It was repeated over and over this year by announcers. KU's win last year is legendary. Texas' win this year is just a stat.)

I can't get over some people. - - Hee we are with 6 wins and after Sat people saying oh we right where we have been. - -NO IT ISN'T , like I said before now really haven't seen it here but just saying. -- Like I said before- how many people would of thought we would win SIX games this year AND real possibility of going to a bowl game - -we are eligible - - -- NOW people are whinning saying we should of won 8-9 games. This program is still a work in progress we didn't get that bad in a year -- -were not gonna get well in a year.-- - the things Coach L and staff has done in one year is awesome -got to give them time to get the pieces in place.

If we don't win again this year -It's been a really good season for KU. - -Now we just have to hold onto Coach -- we will never get this turn around 100% if were changing Coach's every ONE - -TWO years , no continuity
