HORTON -- Former Olympic champion Billy Mills will attend a ceremony Saturday to unveil a new, half-mile oval walkway to be used by the Kickapoo Nation.
The event begins with registration at 8 a.m. Ribbon cutting for the new walking trail is scheduled for 8:45 a.m., followed by a walk at 9.
