In the spirit of this thread I started a new NCAA 14 dynasty (CFB Revamped ftw) with the 2022 Jayhawks. Fun times indeed.

JD 6 - is such an awesome kid. How can you not like him, he has always seems to me anyway a kid that is so respectful , mature - -just over all a GREAT KID . I'm just so proud we have him as our QB. Loved the video, just makes me appreciate him that much more. - - Hopefully he will stay the 2nd year.- NOW I'm stoked to see him on the field again - we all pulling for JD 6.

I just think gonna be a really god upcoming year. - -Saw on the way to early Power Rankings in the Big 12 for upcoming Season - -they had us ranked 8th out of the 14 - that's pretty good - - means were Rising

Imagine JD staying healthy the whole season, and the Defense not giving up 35ppg again.

8 or 9 wins and a Heisman finalist is a legitiamate possibility.

@Kcmatt7 I don't think KU is going to win enough games for Daniels to be a Heisman contender. I don't see 8-9 regular season wins on the schedule this year.

Mo. St. and Nevada to me are the only gimme wins on the schedule for KU. In Big 12 play, we're not getting West Virginia or Houston and the two softest teams on the schedule are both on the road (OSU and ISU). I'll be happy if KU doesn't regress their record this year.

Unless the defense makes some major strides this year, KU's defense is still going to be very bad and struggling to hold teams under 30 points. I'll be happy if the defense to give up under 30 ppg this season as that would be almost a touchdown per game improvement from last season amd even that would still be in the bottom 1/3 nationally in ppg allowed.

@Texas-Hawk-10 I think the way you're looking at the schedule makes sense.

At the same time, if the team takes a step forward this year, I think the schedule lends itself to a big season. Getting to play conference opponents you think you can beat at home (KSU/TTU/OU) and having a pretty soft road schedule gives them a good shot at 8 wins.

I don't think Kansas can beat OU or KSU though yet, even at home. OU and KSU were not competitive games last year and we're not sneaking up on anyone this year. Tech is more of a toss up, but still think they're better than KU overall at this point.

K State has lost their minds over this. They have no idea how good our offense really is.

I think they got it pretty much right. I’d put us above UF Disney World Online and T Boone Memorial Cowpokes University but that’s hair splitting with the vote totals

ya considering our schedule, they talking about it right now our schedule is jacked. - -we play pre season predication - of team we play : - -# 1 - - # 2 - - # 3- - -# 4 - -# 7 - - # 8 which is UCF by the way - -& -# 10 - -that's ruff - -they didn't do us any favors - -Okla St - # 6

Also, I’ve heard that unless JD goes absolutely supernova (like first two rounds) he’ll be back in 24.

@FarmerJayhawk NIL win for KU for sure. Adidas is getting a pretty damn good return on that investment though.

Great kid. I looked into getting some inspirational pick me up videos for a friend of a friend's kid (bad medical issues, huge KU fan) and he was one of the first to do it and just all around super nice.

Jalon Daniels was is a nominee for the Danny Wuerffel trophy, a humanitarian type of award. I worked with Danny for a few years and talk to him on occasion and will lobby for Jalon to win the award.

Daniels going to be healthy for season start?
