247 Sports announced their All American team & Yes Jalen was 1st team. I realize this is not the AP but truly believe it's just formality there too.

1st Team All Americans were : - - Zach Edey Purdue - -10 Votes ( Unanimous ) --- Brandon Miller Alabama- - 10 votes ( unanimous ) - - Jalen Wilson Kansas - -9 votes - - Drew Timme Gonzaga - -9 votes - - Travis Jackson Davis Indiana - -8 votes - & Jaime Jaquez UCLA - - 8 votes. - - SIX Players named 1st team as their was a tie. - -Way to go young man , so glad you were and always will be a Jay Hawk.

Side Note Marquis Nowell K/State - -2nd team woth - -6 votes

Jalen won the Julian Erving Award for Top Small Forward.

Think he'll be getting his jersey in the rafters. NCAA Champion, Conference POY, First Team All American, Erving Award Winner.

Yes! This team would’ve been terrible without Jalen!!! He really made everything work. Wish he would’ve had his coach in the tournament to give him a better send off.

How will we remember J Will?

Will it be like Mason, T-Rob, Morri, Collison, Hinrich, Gooden, Pierce, LaFrenz, Vaughn, JoJo White, Valentine... or someone else?

@bskeet I think we remember someone who won a title differently from the jerseys who didn't...We appreciate all the other guys as excellent players, but the names with a title evoke memories of teammates, celebrations, trophies...

@bskeet More like Sherron Collins, I suppose. Great support player on a championship team. Not good enough to carry the team the next year with limited help.

Edit - Wilson is a stud, just not Superman. I mean no disrespect.
