Really like the hire. 1) Scheme continuity. Grimes and Kotelnicki do a lot of the same things. Plus Z and Lubick will still be heavily involved. 2) Very strong OL/TE coach. 3) Solid recruiter in the south. Don't think we'll skip a beat.

@FarmerJayhawk Everything I have heard today was sounds like it's a really good hire for us. - -Sure Baylor struggled this yr, but was listening to the 365 Sic-em Baylor broadcast, and they thought it was a great hire for KU. - Saying that he just didn't have the backs or O-Line to run that offense this year, but saying that KU does. -- sounds like we are gonna keep doing what we been doing
