The big 12 didn't do us any favors in the Scheduling. Were just coming off a huge game , a physical game , where our 5 guys had to once again play a lot of minutes. Now we have to turn right around and come right back after a Saturday & play on a Monday.
Could be kind of a trap , the players without a doubt have to be drained some what if nothing else emotionally , then physically tired - -could have some dead legs, - We just happen to be playing K/State who hasn't been playing worth a tinkers dam their last 4 games all L's - -you know they are going to be amped for us, their little place that's what they call the Octagon will just about be but no way can they match the atmosphere but they will try - -it will be jumping - -They take us as the arch/hated rival - -A lot of KU people me included really don't consider this much of a rival anymore , as for it to be a rival you have to win on a little more of a consistent basis then they have - -were coming off a big win going to harder to get up for K/State then Saturday - -Seems at times we play to the level of our competition , were coming in ranked AGAIN - -they are not. Were still in the thick of the league title chase - - they are at least two games back now - -These are the things that can lead you to get a L - -we have to be ready. - -They haven't shot the ball worth a crap , they will probably come out and just shoot lights out, guys that haven't any decent games will play out their ass - - -gonna be hard if not impossible to replicate the type of shooting we had Saturday.
Sure hope not but this could be a dangerous game , we haven't played well on the road in league we got to be focused.- -Rough stretch of games. - -We had Houston on Saturday - - -K/State Monday , - -then they turn right around and do it to us AGAIN with playing Baylor on the road Saturday - and then following right back with ANOTHER Monday -- -guys are going to be spent
