The way they bounced back this season only made me more confident he’s a damn good coach. Most guys lose that locker room.

@Kcmatt7 exactly. Things aren’t perfect with this regime but the one thing that comes up over and over and over among people in/around the AD is culture. Lance can be prickly and isn’t the best people person but everyone works their tails off for him

@Kcmatt7 I agree I still say Lance is nothing but class and if we as fans don't do stupid things and run him off, this program is going to continue to get better. These losses this yr are very fixable - -we got on the right track with Borland gone, and also a new OC When you figure in what ? 5--out of those seven losses were by six or less points, and we were in position in everyone of those where we were leading in the 4th quarter and defense gave up late critical yards where we couldn't get that stop , or silly penalty , ( Hello Mamba ) -they are very fixable.

This is going to be a challenge for Coach this next year with all the new faces but I have total faith if anyone can - -Lance can.

We got another boost today with Bryce Foster saying he is returning , big lift there.
