The announcers made a big deal about Daniels being the 2nd KU player to that total. They didn't mention he is still 4,000 yards behind Reesing who did it in only 4 years!

@Crimsonorblue22 nice to see him come out and get a few good plays and hopefully he is done for the night now. 13 turnovers in 5 games last season you can’t blame me for being worried but overall pretty solid again tonight had prob 4 throws he wants back but that’s life.

I missed the first game, so this is my first impression... seem a little slow and small on D which could be a big problem. Nothing magical on special teams. Offense has some weapons, so we should be able to compete against about anyone. Should be fun. Glad the home games are back in Lawrence. The town had a good vibe today!

this very easily could of been sixty put on the Board for KU. really don't get a lot out of these except for some reps for experience for back ups , which is fine

I think Marshall is going to be special when it's his time , just hope he sticks it out not get frustrated behind Ballard.

I don’t think there was ton a person could take from this game. That being said I am a little disappointed in the carelessness with the football with 2 turnovers and easily could’ve had 2 more. I don’t like the idea of us not creating turnovers ourselves either. I thought the first team defense looked pretty stout again. I believe they gave up 1 first down and about 30 yards. The second and third team struggled on that side but got some reps so that hopefully helps in the long run. The offense looked good for vanilla play calling outside of a handful of plays. We will find out a lot next Saturday in a hostile environment.

Pour one out for Bangally Kamara. Sounds like he’s done for the year, knee injury.
