Thanks! @jaybate-1.0 will like/dislike this one. A guy named Hicks punched Kaminsky in the face on a fast break, hit him with both hands really, and went up by 7 when Frank fell to the ground. The Tank left the game and a bomb and a traditional 3 point play in the next 30 seconds had the Badgers right back in it.
From the time of the cheapshot, the Badgers closed the game 33-19. Actually, not sure if it was a cheapshot, but the Badgers responded like it was which is what we should've done against Wichita the other day!

I did hate to see the Badgers do this against Roy. I've never felt any animosity towards him for doing what he did.

I am bummed I missed the game. I will have to catch a replay.
Leave it to a Big Ten team, especially an experienced Bo Ryan team, to know how to respond that sort of thing.
I hope Coach Self has our young Jayhawks watch Bo's Buckies to learn the etiquette of dealing with such things, if in fact a cheap shot occurred.
I'm getting out my UW grad school sheep skin and hanging it up over my computer screen right now.

No, I don't think it was. But I do think the Badgers took it as such and stomped them the rest of the way.
