Fox and Monk are linked for a possible package deal. Sure wouldn't hurt my feelings to nab both. I know a manager who said Fox had a GREAT time at late night. Rawle Alkins twitter has been all UK lately. Seems to be a lean there. If he goes to UK maybe we get lucky and nab Monk. And the best part, we might know within the next month if the word that Fox committing by Nov. 16th is true. Odds are definitely against us, but still at least fun to dream for a little while...

The UK system is designed so OAD players can play right away, the KU system is not, plus KU will be solid at the guards position with Mason, Graham, Vick, Greene and maybe even Svi...not much immediate available playing time so it is highly unlikely that Fox and Monk come to KU

@JayHawkFanToo unless..... The kids aren't predicted to go high in lottery and then you are stuck there and recruited over.

The twin were highly ranked out of HS but obviously way overrated and it became apparent pretty quick that they were not lottery material

This is 2015, the draft for 2017 is 1 2/3rds of a year away. I'm not criticizing you at all because I know you're just writing what's been written about these two kids who haven't even started their senior year of HS.

But this is just insane! Calling someone this young a projected lottery pick is almost sickening except it's just sports.

I like to keep my old hoops preview magazines from Street and Smiths. I like to look at their top 20 HS players, who back before such foolishness were just considered the top 20 players in HS. Most of those guys faded very quickly into obscurity to the point I don't remember most of them, yet in 2015 they would have gotten the same tab, future lottery pick.

I wish we could just stop judging them on their NBA readiness before they've even made a college shot!

Good for Cliff. He probably would have started and played 30 mpg all season last year, if his family member's loan hadn't appeared to make Self hedge develop Cliff with Jam and Luke all season.
