Usually I can find a connection between the coaches of preconference teams we play and Bill Self.

Robert Ehsan played at UC Davis, then assisted Gary Williams at Maryland, then interim coached Maryland a season, then assisted at Virginia Tech, then replaced Jerrod Haase at UAB, when Mr. Floor Burns left for Stanford.

Is UAB scheduled just because Jerrod was at UAB and happened to leave before the opponent could be rescheduled, or is there a 10 Degrees of Bill Self connection to Elshan?

I haven't found one yet.

Man, I forgot that Jerod is now at Stanford. Had been thinking how great it would be to see him back in AFH and what type of reception he'll get.

We play Stanford this year in Allen and set up a 4 year series with them. Sacremento next year, then AFH again, then at Stanford.

Awesome then! I see the Stanford game is less than 2 weeks away as well. Will be great to see Jerod Haase in Allen again. I was at KU 94-98, so the members of those teams hold a special place for me!
