@Crimsonorblue22 The dog (Gracie) is doing pretty well. Has two more rounds of chemo for her second battle with canine lymphoma, which is in remission for now, but likely to return within 3-6 months after ending the chemo treatment plan. She just turned 8... had hoped to have her around for several more years, but we've had a hell of a lot of fun.

@DanR Hopefully your dog is around for years to come. If only more people were like dogs. A fun game to play to see who loves you more lock your dog and your wife in the trunk and whomever is happiest when you let them out you loves you most lol.

That's the "frog" pose in yoga. It'll stretch your hips.

Its quite possible his FT% would improve in that position...or in ANY other position than what he is using now.
