listening to 810,K-State A.D. has ben hired at Tennessee for same position. Don't think that breaks a lot of that schools heart. - Now of course all the rumors start to fly. - -Bill Synder been waiting for Curry to leave, as he didn't want Curry having any say as to who the next K-State football coach would be.
Now they talking about they maybe move Shawn Synder into K-State A.D. if he wants it, thinks it would be good, and they think they could get Leavitt as their next coach really quick.

Here is my question, and that's all it is just me But my thinking because of his health, why Couldn't Bill step into the A.D. spot and Shawn step into the Coaching spot? -- I thought they were grooming him for that anyways. - -Probably wrong. - -If Not shawn in the A.D. spot rumor has it you go and hire the current Texas Tech A.D and then in turn go to South Carolina and bring Frank Martin back as the next Basketball Coach and don't take no for an answer.

The feeling and rumor is the ONLY reason Frank left was because of Curry, and now Curry gone Frank would have no problem coming baxk to K-State. - -I don't think that's happening, what you think? - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@jayballer54 I have mad respect for Snyder as a football coach. I do NOT want him to be the A.D. at K-State. He's smart enough that he might actually hire a good basketball coach.

Plus the Jayhawks are a"meager" 27-3 & looking to nail down the #1 overall seed so I'm PDP Mr. Brooks. That's Pretty Damn Pumped . On top of that It's damn near March & opening day is only about a month behind.

Snyder is too old for the jet-set schmoozing and wheeling and dealing that AD's must do. I dont think he's physically up for it, with the cancer treatments underway, etc...At least he thinks he can come back for 1 more football season.

Curry is gone. Snyder will help pick the new AD, and the new football coach, as well as maybe the new basketball coach.

Personally, I'd have no problem with Frank Martin, I like him a lot, even when he was at KSU. But he has SCarolina near the top of the SEC right now. It would be a shock if he came back.

My pet-phrase for a while was that once Frank Martin left, it became Manlesshattan. Nothing against Snyder with that statement, as he simply doesnt have Frank's sideline demeanor.
