Well just read that the KU football picked up a late un-expected addition for this years squad.

Andru Tovi a 3 star former Juco OL - - 6'4- -330 lbs from Pima CC. He is already enrolled in classes at KU and has been working out with the team a KU official confirmed.

He will play this fall for the current squad as a Sophomore as a walk on. - - had offers from San Diego State, Fresno State, & Utah State - -also interest from Arizona & Arizona State. - be nice help on the offensive line - -big boy. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Thanks for the heads up on Andru Tovi. He's from Aiea, Hawaii, which is part of Honolulu near Pearl Harbor. I watched some highlights of his play with Pima CC and he certainly is a big body at 6'3'' and 330 lbs. Just like the famous quote you can't teach height in basketball, you can't teach big frame for linemen. Our football staff continues to impress me every week. RCJH
